Brief Introduction

MX-Q509, which is newly-developed by overseas scientific institution,is a kind of CCA aiming at settling paper sheet quality and related problems resulted from anionic trash in the wet end of closed white water circulation system. It is colorless to light yellow viscous liquid with better water solubility,stability,and non-toxicity.It will react and combine with anionic trash&fines,complement and dissolve the organics,balance the electric potential of wet-end,reduce the interference of anionic trash,increase the retention of fine fibers&wet-end additives(such as sizing agent,dyes,strengthening agent).It can also increase the onepassreention and drainability,improve the operation of paper machines,prolong the working time of blankets,decrease the gas consuming of dryer,increase the operation speed and production yield.

Characteristics:

3.1 To increase the paper sheet quality and decrease the paper defects
3.2To increase the retention of fine fibers,fillers and dyes
3.3To improve the sizing agent&strengthing agent adhere to the fibers.
3.4To improve the filtration, dehydration and water concentration of wet papers.
3.5 To prolong the working time of wires and blankets
3.6To improve the cleanness of paper making system and reduce the waste water.

Dosage&Application tips:

4.1 To add into one or more below places:higher-concentration white water pools, broke storage chest, machine chest,fan pump.
4.2 The dosage is 0.5kg to 1kg for each mt of absolute dry pulp. It is as per the loop degree of white water circulation,the component of mechanical pulp,the recycled rate of waste paper from coating,cationic charge demand of wet-end.

Package:

The package can be 200Liters or 1000Liters drum or as per clients' requests.
