Product performance and application

This product is an organic lubricant of water soluble polyoxyethylene wax with low viscosity and prominent lubricity. It can be used in latex coating to improve the performance of coating and paper coating.

1. This product has lubrication effect on the coating, so it can improve the flow performance and leveling performance of the coating, so that the coating is smooth and level.

2, coating dry, but also prevent cracking, improve the appearance of quality and printing performance, and can improve glossiness, smoothness and make the paper rich smooth feeling.

3, the viscosity of most coatings has little impact, which allows to improve the solid content of the coating, thereby reducing the load of equipment, reduce the wear of the coating knife.

4. This product can prevent powder and wool dropping in the process of ultra-paper calender, cutting and printing, so as to obtain high standard and high quality paper.

Application Method:

The usual dosage of this product is 0.5-5% of the pigment weight. Since this product is a fluid, it can be used directly. The product can be added in any step of the coating preparation process.

Packaging, transportation and storage

1. It shall be sealed and stored above 0℃. Do not store it open to avoid surface crust, which may affect the use.

2. 200L and 1000L plastic drums are used for packaging;It is strictly forbidden to be exposed to the sun. It is generally stored in a cool and ventilated place. The storage life is 6 months
